1 small Natural Sweeties onion finely minced
2 minced cloves of Natural Sweeties garlic
A little purple cabbage
1 avocado
500 g of minced beef
Oil and salt
Fresh chopped coriander
8 or 10 wheat tortillas
Pico de gallo (rooster’s beak) salad:
1 tomato
1 capsicum
Salt
The juice of 1/2 lime

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the beef, season with salt allow to cook for 8–10 minutes on a medium heat.
  2. Finely chop the onion, garlic, tomato, capsicum and coriander and dice the avocado.
  3. Fill the wheat tortilla with beef, onion, garlic, purple cabbage, avocado plus a little fresh chopped coriander.
  4. For the pico de gallo salad, in a bowl place a little chopped tomato, capsicum and onion, the juice of half a lime, salt and mix them well.
