–    200 g pork loin
–    100 g pineapple Natural Sweeties
–    15 g parsley
–    1 minced clove of Natural Sweeties garlic
–    5 g oregano
–    50 ml olive oil
–    Salt
–    Pepper
–    5 g thyme

  1. Cut the pineapple Natural Sweeties and the pork loin. Season the pork loin with salt and pepper. Intersperse the pineapple and pork loin on the skewers for the brochette.
  2. To make the chimichurri, add the parsley, Natural Sweeties garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, pepper, and salt to a bowl. Mix all the ingredients.
  3. Place the skewers on the grill to seal them. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C
  4. Serve the skewers with the chimichurri and enjoy the contrast of taste of the meat with the sweetness of pineapple Natural Sweeties.
