1 cup of white rice
1 pickled Natural Sweeties red onion
1 cucumber
Cooked king prawns
Edamame
Wakame
1 radish
½ lime
Black sesame
Soya sauce

  1. Cook the rice and allow it to cool.
  2. Slice the cucumber, radish and pickled red onion and peel the king prawns.
  3. To arrange your poke bowl, make a base of rice and arrange the pickled red onion, cooked king prawns, cucumber slices, edamame, wakame and radish slices over it.
  4. Dust a little sesame seed powder and squeeze half a lime over the top.
