300 g of cooked haricot beans
1 black onion
1/2 clove of Natural Sweeties garlic
1 lemon
1 spoonful of tahini
Olive oil
Smoked paprika

  1. Blend the haricot beans until they have a fine texture.
  2. Add the garlic and black onion and blend again until you have a suitable texture.
  3. Add the juice of a lemon, the tahini, pepper and salt.
  4. Mix all the ingredients.
  5. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of smoked paprika.
