1 clove of Natural Sweeties white garlic
One cup of of sunflower oil
A drizzle of vinegar
Wasabi pasta (to taste)
1 egg

  1. Peel the garlic clove and remove its heart.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender container.
  3. Place the blender stick on the bottom of the container and blend on the lowest setting without moving it.
  4. When you see that the mixture is thick, raise the blender little by little.
  5. Correct with salt or wasabi if necessary and blend again.
