Short pastry
2 or 3 bulbs of Natural Sweeties black garlic
Vegetables according to your taste
1/2 piece of Camembert cheese
4 eggs
A handful of walnuts
1 cup of cream
Olive oil
Pepper
Salt
Ground nutmeg

  1. Press the short pastry into a round mould and prick the base with a fork.
  2. Sauté the vegetables in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Beat the eggs before adding the cream and ground nutmeg.
  4. Toss in the veggies, mixing them well. Place them in the mould.
  5. Place the slices of Camembert cheese, walnuts and black garlic over the top. Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC.
